What we offer

Our Training

Small-area games help develop the skills necessary for each individual to compete to their full potential through game-like situations. A variety of small-area games will be used to emphasize the skills learned in each ice session. The more the players touch the puck, the better the overall player they will be.

Skills – CMDP strives to develop the complete hockey player through individual skill development. Skills emphasized during on-ice sessions include skating, puck-control, passing, and shooting. Goalies will receive individual instruction with goalie specific coaches focusing on the players needs. This would include stance, movement, positional play, butterfly, lateral play, and tracking.

Small-Area Games – Small-area games help develop the skills necessary for each individual to compete to their full potential through game-like situations. A variety of small-area games will be used to emphasize the skills learned in each ice session. The more the players touch the puck, the better the overall player they will be.

Off-ice training will focus on age-specific, body-control, and development. Points of emphasis include speed, agility, quickness, dynamic balance, and core training.
